Evolve Talent is currently seeking skilled Carpenters/Handypeople/Trades Assistants/Skilled Labourers in Queensland, catering to both experienced professionals looking to mentor the next generation and younger candidates eager to grow their skills and business acumen. This will be working on; insurance projects, residential improves, estate / property agencies - there will be a great variety of project work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry or handyperson services
• Maintenance experienece
• Relevant trade qualifications preferred
• White card
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Own tools
• Car allowance or UTE can be supplied – if car allowance, will be supplied with a toll tag

You will be responsible for:

• Completing a variety of carpentry and maintenance tasks to a high standard
• Mentoring younger apprentices or learning from experienced professionals
• Managing your own projects with potential for profit-sharing
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
